We had a fantastic time staying here. The staff were incredibly helpful, and our room was spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset. Mornings were perfect with breakfast on the terrace. It's convenient to explore the hiking paths to Corniglia and Manarola, which made it easy to get around. I recommend using the shuttle service as it was quick and efficient.
The only downside was that finding the hotel at first was tricky, and it took a bit of navigating through some narrow streets.

missingWrote a review on Oct 17incredible viewsfresh breakfastnoisy air conditioning
The views from the balcony provide an incredible backdrop, giving you the perfect space to unwind after adventures. The breakfast spread is surprisingly fresh, with highlights like scrambled eggs prepared just for you.
The air conditioning unit in the room leaves much to be desired. it's noisy and doesn’t cool effectively, making for some uncomfortable nights. The bathroom needs serious attention as shower issues can lead to unwanted splashes. Also, sound insulation is nearly nonexistent, meaning you'll hear neighbors as though they’re in the same room. Lastly, reaching the hotel after dark can be tricky without transportation. relying on late shuttles might become a hassle.

Homely decor, unique terrain adventure, charming landscape
Finding this hotel was a bit of a puzzle!!! The air conditioning simply did not function as expected, leading to a restless night!!! Maintenance response times left much to be desired, which wasn't comforting when issues arose!!!

Fantastic Views and Delicious Breakfast
The location is fantastic with a good view towards both Manarola and Corniglia. The breakfast is a must-try, featuring a variety of fresh pastries and local fruits that energized us for the day ahead. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they assisted us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the bus stop. It could be challenging to find the hotel initially, but once you're there, the serenity is worth it!

Breakfast on the terrace was delightful with plenty of choices. The only downside was initially finding the hotel since it's a little off the beaten path.

Spectacular views from the balcony created a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after daily hikes. Breakfast was generous and featured delicious local honey, enhancing the morning experience. However, finding the property was initially quite tricky, and the language barrier with staff led to some misunderstanding, making navigation a bit challenging. It would be beneficial if there were clearer directions provided upon arrival to avoid the initial confusion.
